01Overview
This is the personal portfolio of Maninder Kaur. It is a static website: there are no accounts, no logins, and no database that stores what you type. This policy explains the small amount of information involved when you visit or get in touch.
02Information you share with me
The contact form does not send anything to a server. When you submit it, your own email app opens with a draft containing your name, email, and message. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email yourself.
If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you include. I use it only to reply and keep the conversation, and I never sell it or add you to a mailing list.
03Analytics
On the public site, I use analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read:
- Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. It uses cookies to do this.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics runs on the homepage to measure visits and traffic sources.
These tools give me aggregated reports. I do not use them to identify you personally, and I do not run advertising on this site.
04Third-party services
Some parts of the site load from other providers, which may receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests them:
- Google Fonts, for the typeface used on every page.
- Google Analytics and Ahrefs, as described above.
Links to LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
05Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a tracking blocker, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
If you have emailed me and want that correspondence deleted, ask me and I will remove it.
06Changes and contact
I may update this policy as the site changes; the date above shows the latest version. For any privacy question, email maninderkaur1705@gmail.com.
